Mrs. Schnurr has 30+ years of investment, ownership, and management experience in all aspects of real estate. Founding Amalfi in 2015, Mrs. Schnurr focuses the firm on expanding its portfolio by partnering with highly experienced sponsors who are experts in their respective markets and investing in commercial & industrial assets that she believes are well positioned for above market returns over the long run. A conservative approach combined with markets and properties that have historically high occupancy, such as the concentration on multi-family, industrial distribution & flex space facilities, has been a winning formula since her founding of Amalfi. Mrs. Schnurr received her degree in accounting from Baruch College, NYC.

Raffaella oversees a portfolio of 80+ properties that consist of 6,800+ multi-family units, 3 million + s.f. of industrial space, and 520K+ s.f. of office space, (as of Dec. 31, 2023) and collaborates with a team of professionals with the goal of continued advancement of the firm. Over the years she has gained experience in multiple roles, markets, and product types such as new construction, renovations, and value-add properties. In her free time, Raffaella’s passions are her love for her husband, 3 children, traveling and spending quality family time at their beach house. Raffaella’s adventures have led her to cooking classes throughout Italy, swimming in the Greek Isles, hot air ballooning over Napa Valley, dog sledding in Alaska, and food tasting throughout Prague. She supports many causes important to her especially Susan G. Komen, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and the St. Vincent’s DePaul Society.
